Excellent service, fast delivery

I had a Phillips LED screw fitting bulb 5000 lms and was very pleased with it, I used it in a reading light. It gave a good bright, white light. So I copied the specification off the bulb to order another one. The first one had six LEDs and the second one has a single LED, it is still a very good reading light but not quite as white. Having paid £14+ (with postage) I was just a little disappointed that it wasn't identical. Maybe the spec has changed or maybe it's my fault and didn't order exactly the same bulb. Still a brilliant lamp and makes me laugh when I see reading lights priced at £399 when I put this light together together with an IKEA standard lamp for £26.

Delivery of bulbs ordered was great, no problem at all. Price seemed good too. However, I emailed customer services after my order arrived, as I ordered too many of that type of bulb and wanted to enquire about returning some to replace with a different model. No response from customer services, which is annoying. Even if the answer was "no", I'd rather have had that response than no response at all.

Quick service and the light is as advertised, so happy customer. And well done them for maintaining a good selection of stock. Will use again
