I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with PeopleSearch has been. Nearly a month ago, I contacted them regarding a reimbursement for a subscription I tried to cancel before it renewed. Their customer service initially told me to "be patient" while they reviewed my case, but since then, they have completely stopped replying to my emails. Not only have they failed to reimburse me, but their lack of communication is appalling and unprofessional. I trusted this company, and they’ve done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, leaving me to feel ignored and scammed. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid PeopleSearch entirely. Their "customer service" is a joke, and they clearly have no interest in supporting their customers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. You deserve better.

Everything was fine. The Exam instructions were very clear and the proctor was friendly and helpful.

試験後、すぐに回答がでたのが受かって安心しました。 試験当日の段取りもスムーズでよかった。 試験受けてが終わりではないので、間違えたところ(認識が違っていたところ)を振り返りたいが、詳細な結果を確認する方法が分からなかった。

The instructions were not clear and the exam system did not work well, kept freezing and I had to reselect answers multiple times for it to work. The process for setting up for the exam was overly complicated and more strict than VCE or University exams.
