An instructor who had sound business knowledge and was aware of the restrictive umbrella under which my company works. Everything was clearly explained and the reference materials were made available before the course started, thus giving everyone an opportunity to research and review before the course.

The support team were very helpful and attentive when I was having difficulty in changing the exam date.

Very frustrating. I was asked to move rooms because I had a fire exit and main door and they couldn't see both. My colleague had done the exam before me in the same room and was allowed to continue. Very stressful due to this.

Communication and ease of navigation through the site to set up, manage and control your own tests was seamless. As a self confirmed technophobe I was concerned about the technical side. It was however utterly seamless.

Paid £660 for the ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve 'Exam Prep' package. I used the course material and exam voucher to pass but People Cert have not released the certificate over 3 weeks. People Cert now claim that the course they sell is not 'official' and I need to buy additional 'official' training courses before they will release the certificate. Pretty much amounts to a scam - when you pay £660 for an exam voucher and pass, the assumption is that you've done everything you need to. People Cert customer service is woeful. On each occasion they have no recollection of the last call and go from scratch with the promise of return calls that never come. Will never use again
