The website is really slow and not very intuitive. not being able to do more than 1 current spec mock is very disappointing and seems another money maker for you, as i can buy one or do one from an older version of Prince2 which isn't great. Other than that, i'm new to the organisation so I'm sure there's still stuff to realise, that i wont like !
Peoplecert provided as expected
Peoplecert provided as expected. Only the website itself is a little hard to understand. But the raining was great.
The website is not very good
The website is not very good. Kept crashing and saying server not found. I even asked our IT team to have a look in case it was an issue with our systems but it wasn't.
the Prince 2 Fountation course was very useful…
the Prince 2 Fountation course was very interesting and well organized; In particular, the teachers were very clear, exhaustive and helpful.
A good experience with our professor
The professor was so clear at explanations and bring a lot of examples to made easy to us to learn the history, concepts and contents of the ITIL Fundations. Things to be said: The spanish translation through the course as in the exam is a lot confusing and sometimes nonsense.
Generally it was ok and any issues were resolvable
The process was generally quite simple and the invigilators were patient and helpful, but I did have a few issues. 1 - You have to go to Account Overview to book your exam, not on the exam tab like you would expect. 2 - I was sat in the room waiting for a good bit of time before the invigilator arrived. We then had some system tests to run, which added more time that I hadn't accounted for. I did add some extra time to the room I had booked, but not the extra hour that was needed. Fortunately I was able to resolve. 3 - Part of the system test was to check the task manager, which I could not access on the first laptop I used due to IT restrictions. If there was prior warning of this, I could have had a different laptop ready.
Disappointing especially the study materials
The delivery of the training was confusing. The materials provided were very poor, especially the diagrams that were often just circles with words in. I ended up getting an exam cram guide from another group that had a different trainer and that proved to be useful. The forcing you to retake the exam within 6 months is also a bit weird and seems like a bit of a money grab.
I did not like the website

If I could leave a 0 I would
If I could leave a 0 I would. I purchased a voucher for my Green Belt recertification through IASSC. Upon receiving the voucher via email with the confirmation that it was good through 12/13/2025 I tried to register for my test through PeopleCert. PeopleCert had the expiration as 12/31/2024 preventing me from registering for the date I needed. After reaching out to PeopleCert they directed me back to IASSC. Funnily enough, it turns out IASSC is now owned by PeopleCert and they (IASSC) do not respond to attempted contacts either through the contact form on the website or by phone. I called PeopleCert back twice and was just on indefinite hold. The chat person through the website also failed to assist. This company and IASSC are frauds and I would discourage anyone from using them. Update 1/6/2024 - The steps taken have not resolved my concerns. Per my last email dated 1/31/2024 I want the full amount charged for the voucher refunded.
