The test moderator was extremely professional and helpful. The entire experience was very pleasant and easy to follow.

The process to book and sit the exam is very straightforward. The instructions to prepare for the day of your exam are very clear and easy to follow in order to go through the steps before the exam. I will definitely use PeopleCert again for my next certification and will also recommend them to my colleagues.

Service desk team was very responsive and helpful (had to reschedule last minute because of network issues). Proctor was helpful, efficient and unobtrusive. Test was fair and well written (no ambiguous questions) with a clear user interface
