Painful experience

Website is not clear how to get to where you need - also is very slow loading. Once exam is booked again it was not clear where the pre-requisites were located and it took the moderator a while to join (was just after the scheduled start time.. so I had been sat there for 10min prior to that. Plus also during my exam I asked if I could go to the toilet quickly (I had answered all questions) and the moderator's response was 'yes, please' so I ran .. when I returned there were two more messages stating; 'when you have finished your exam and clicked end exam' and 'now that you have left your desk you will need to click end exam immediately upon your return'. Luckily as I mentioned I had answered all questions, however I wanted some time to review my answers before finishing. Overall happy due to passing but felt the PeopleCert experience could have been better.

My Foundation exam proctor was…

My Foundation exam proctor was excellent, was well ahead of time for me to undertake the proctor checks to start my exam on time and really helpful. I was expecting the same experience with the second proctor and they logged on later than my actual exam start time to undertake the proctor checks meaning I started my exam 15 min later than expected, which was stressful at the last minute having to phone people cert to ask them where my proctor was and whether they were attending. Poor service on their part when I have paid a lot of money to take these exams.

Once you make payment you will receive zero engagement!

Your agents hounded me night and day until I made payment for the course. After that it was crickets. I completed the course and NO SINGLE query or request for support was responded to. I couldn’t take my exam when I wanted to because I couldn’t access the material - no response whatsoever came from any emails sent. The chat function was a complete waste of time and energy. I was promised additional (bonus) courses if I made payment by a certain time and day, that never came and no follow up emails were responded to.
