Technical difficulties badly advised

My advisor was not visible and there were different technical difficulties, also she telling me that my tested Internet connection does not work. That is massively stressing just before taking an exam. And making yourself not visible kind of strange and insecure.

I did the PRINCE2 7 Foundation course

I did the PRINCE2 7 Foundation course. The general support, documentation, test environment, proctor support and portal is fine. It was quite easy to navigate and get the required knowledge where needed. I dislike the practice of asking for money for a hardcopy of my certificate and the subscription idea where I have to pay an annual fee to be able to keep my certificate updated (Although I did not try out this feature yet). Perhaps if I would and find out there are a lot of other benefits, this would be ok but the concept itself I don't support.

No communication about double booking

I personally had a terrible experience when sitting my exam. I was on time, waiting for my examiner to join. I messaged multiple times and had no reply, after 15 minutes thinking it must be something wrong on my end I called People Cert Helpline. After some time they informed me that my exam slot had been double booked. Over an hour later than my original start time, I sat my exam. In a situation like that, I would expect it to have been communicated with at the very least.
