Poor tech support with exam code
The code for the exam didn't work and I was sent on a wild goose chase trying all sorts of different actions and speaking to all sorts of different people, none of which worked. Finally, after 3 or 4 days, I was given a new code and was able to do the exam.

The experience has much improved. I remember getting pretty stressed out before my exam historically because of having to set up Exam Shield. But the process has improved considerably and the proctor was helpful.

The training is too compressed. The questions are formulated in a convoluted and unclear way, but perhaps this is a problem generated by the translation into Italian. Availability for exercises should be implemented

Easy navigation, instructions and timer

Overly complicated French language. and poor website responsiveness.
I thought the class and the teacher was great. The French language used in the exam is Overly complicated to the point where the exam was more about your understanding of the French language than your understanding of the concepts of ITIL. Additionally, The website needs some work. its very slow to the point where its very difficult to use. Fix it.

Peoplecert make the exam experience simple and easy to understand. The email coms leading up to the exam is good and once in the exam its laid out very well. The remote proctors are very good and patient, they don't rush you and make sure you are ready to take the exam.
