Easy to follow instructions and good online exam experience

the proctors need to be more informed about which personal data will appear on the certification and which won't. many browsers nowadays have a lot of security setting that need to be brought down (cookies, trackers, etc.) in order for the exam shield to work. it isn't that obvious that when sharing the screen the actual mini-window inside needs to be clicked before clocking the "share" button.

4/5 because it took almost 10 days and a couple of phone calls and a submitted form to get the final results for my ITIL exam. Otherwise, the procedure just before and during the exam, along with customer support at that time was flawless.

The ITIL 4 course made me curios, I went through the learning materials in a day.
