Very disappointing. In the middle of the exam you are blocked and no longer have access to your exam. My internet was working fine, the problem was with you. Nobody answers you in the chat. And you don't know what's going on, you don't even dare stand up for fear of breaking the rules. You should put your cell phone on silent and keep it far away from you. You also don't notice when someone calls you if it's important about the exam. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. After 45 minutes of disturbance, you naturally make a few more mistakes and fail the exam.
