Bike was good. The customer service was not so good. When I asked the agent in the kiosk to confirm that my email address would not be used for purposes other than what I agreed, I got a very sharp and rude answer. Not a nice customer experience. However the cycle was nice.

Easy online process, the experience was helped by a fantastic autumn (fall) day and of course the traffic free Central Park at the weekend. Bike actually appeared to have had some maintenance

Excellent way to see Central Park. You can get round it fairly easy, with lanes to help congestion as there will always be lots of tourists and joggers! It is bigger than you think. You don't get too much time for your money, but we're so glad we did it this way, which I would recommend to anyone.
