Store shut (Nassau street)

Store shut. I made my booking before I come to New York (April 2019). When I arrived at the address (27th April, 9AM) the store was closed without further notice. The phone was not answered. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The store remained closed the whole week while I was staying at the hotel around the corner, so there was no possibility to complain or to ask my money back. The most disappointing of this affaire is the fact that you must have noticed incoming payments for this weekend (I spoke with other clients who stood in front of the store looking through the window, hoping to see some action) but you did not bother to contact me to apologize and reimburse the payment to my creditcard. It's just $30 or so, but still... Your customers expect to receive the service which they paid for. In 2030 I will probably still remember this as my 'welcome to NY' on the first morning after arrival. You may have had to deal with a difficult situation that week which made you to close the store for a couple of days. These things can happen to anyone. But when that happens, just make sure to go to your store to stick a note to the window in which you explain the situation and apologize and reimburse your clients which gave you their money and trusted you. Just as you trust them to bring back your bike back at the end of the day. I wish you all the best with your business. DJ Damen

Great fun, pleasant service.

It was really fun and the bicycle was very comfortable. The service was pleasant. But I struggled to find my way back to the station so I almost exceeded the time I was given. Still, it was an amazing experience.
