Initially had to call to find out order was in hold due to backlog in shipment. After calling and speaking to COO my order was reinstated and arrived 2 days later! After rough start Vet Approved Rx really cane through with my anti itch meds for my dog - much to her relief!

They "lost" my order for seizure medicine for my dog. I had to go back to my local Vet, have the prescription sent to my local "human" pharmacy and pay an outrageous price. VetApprovedRX credited me the cost of Priority Shipping. What a joke.
