Your products that I ordered are as always first rate. From the first, when I ordered from Vet Approved RX It was received by me 8-10 working days later. My last order was placed with you on Feb. 24/2017, and I received it on Mar.10/2017. According to my copy from Fed Ex they picked the order up on Mar 03/2017. There is a signature on the way bill by a shipper in your company. This means my shipment arrived in 5 business days.. Fed Ex claims it didn't pass customs until Mar/22/2017. I had and was using the product for 10 days. Fed Ex won't accept this explanation,as they say it didn't happen the way I said it did. So, I have a bill from Fed Ex for $40.03. They claim they paid the Canada customs charge $19.30. They also charged a Canada tax fee and British Columbia tax fee of $3.86 & $5.40. Because they paid the customs fee up front(which I can't believe, seeing as they didn't have the product in hand to do the charges) I was charged an additional $10, and a tax fee on the $10 for $1.47. Grand total $40.03. N ow, I have to question an item on your bill. The charge of $24.02 for shipping and handling. Handling, okay. Shipping? All you did was hand it to a Fed Ex driver. Bottom line, I can't afford to order from your company any more. it was getting pricey with our Canadian dollar so low against your American dollar, but I needed your product, but not with Fed Ex's prices. If I was carrying your product with me and I drove to the border to cross into customs, the amt of the goods I carry and what they are for, would not generate any customs duties. Fed Ex are lining their pockets, but no more from me.

Ordering was very easy, and my shipment came in a very timely manner. Much more reasonably priced than buying from my vet, which is extremely overpriced.

Have used this vendor several times now and highly recommend. Their prices are some of the lowest out there and they ship very quickly. If there is a Rx problem at your vet's end they let you know immediately!

I received what I ordered but it took almost 2.3 weeks! I have just ordered again and paid extra for priority shipping so I'll how this shipment goes. My sales person(Cheryl) was very helpful with my order.
