This is the 2nd time I've ordered with them. Had a few issues with their website not saving my dogs birthdays and vet information but I emailed them and they added everything in right away for me. I found some of their products cheaper than other places which is great since I have 4 dogs. I wish for their injections they would list expiration dates on their vials like other places do. I always have to email and ask before ordering. Quick and friendly service.

For the second time, I had to call customer service to place an order online. The site would not respond to my quantity easily and my credit card was rejected. After calling my bank and learning that it was not my card, customer service had to submit it 3 times to complete my order. I order here because my Vet recommends the products as reliable quality but am quite frustrated with the website and ordering process.

I save so much money on my dogs thyroid medicine. I used to get them from my vets office. I paid $17 for 2 weeks worth at my vet. I now get them for under $7.00 for 4 MONTHS WORTH!!! Same exact stuff. Shipping costs more than the actual pills (seriously). I have been using them for about a year now and they are consistant. I will continue to use them for my pets meds.

The service is great & the products are the same the vet offers but cheaper. The only negative was waiting for them to straighten out being able to sell in IL.

I've purchased heartworm and flea/tick meds from Vet Approved for years and have never had a problem.

I called to refill my dog's medication. Even with the Christmas holiday I received the meds quickly. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and very helpful. With the my vet's assistance and approval I will continue to order through Vetapprovedrx.
