I have been ordering for years and the delivery is always in less than the time frame listed in the shipping. Due to poor planning on my part, I had to reach out to customer service when I had not ordered a prescription in time. The woman on the other end of the phone was extremely helpful and took extra steps to assure my order would be handled quickly. I would, and have, highly recommend Vet Approved Rx.

Very user friendly website. However, delivery times needs to be more clear. Used what I thought was expedited delivery and paid the extra shipping cost because I needed the medication quickly. However, the delivery was slow and had to discontinue treatment until medications arrived. Poor dog suffered pain from badly infected ear canals.

They are very good about calling if there is s a problem with the order. Products have always been good and reasonable.
