First time I’ve ever claimed on my travel insurance and Go Insurance were prompt and professional handling my claim. Gave me a clear timeline and advice on all the details they needed. The approval process was handled in a timely manner and with a fair outcome.

I recently had a heart attack in Vav'vu Tonga. Go Insurance were on my case immediately. I was medically evacuated by private jet from Tonga to Sydney with two amazing paramedics who escorted me to a hospital close to where I live. Go Insurance, were in constant contact with me, they treated me with kindness and compassion. My claim was dealt with efficiently and fast. Would I insure with them again? Absolutely !
