All was fine, be it on line or with talking to officer. However, we found that the Pre-existing Medical a bit difficult. We have done a lot of these as we've been frequent travellers. Mostly there is a list which one fills out, saying yes or no. But with yours one has to decide which area to record. For instance, I actually forgot to put one in (diabetes) and then it was too late. Or there are little things that one lives with throughout their lives that aren't worth putting in. It's the way yours is done that isn't efficient, I believe.

I am so impressed with Go Insurance
I am so impressed with Go Insurance. Whilst on holiday in Hawaii in November 2022 I had a medical episode which resulted in my having to have an emergency operation. Go Insurance were amazing in the way they responded to our initial enquiries about what we needed to do whilst in Hawaii right through to ensuring all my medical bills were paid. I had occasions to contact one of the staff and they were always helpful and treated me with so much respect and understanding. As a result of my previous experience with Go Insurance I have again re-insured with them for my next overseas holiday and have recommended them to a number of my friends who are seeking an insurance company that puts their customers first.
