Didnt like that field hockey is not included in the list of acceptable sports. It's not an extreme sport and it's not ice hockey.

I had an unexpected medical condition that necessitated cancellation of our trip. I was impressed by the very positive interaction with all staff I spoke with on the phone. Every step of the way we were kept informed by Email of the progress of the review, when additional information was required and a time line of when we would get a decision. your price was good and your cover was fantastic

As a travel agent I often assist clients with their claims. Last year had to deal with another well known travel insurance company with client claim. Took 8 stressful months and continual requests for more and more documents to settle. This review is for my own claim and can say from the moment I called Go from South Africa to report our travel delay, they followed up regularly when I was slow to submit my claim and, once submitted, took only 3 weeks to settle.
