Easy to negotiate

You haven’t done anything yet for me except take my money. The real test will come if I need to make a claim after my trip. Then I will be able to give you some feedback.

I'm very happy with my recent purchase of travel insurance from Go Insurance. Whilst I have never had an issue purchasing insurance, the real test comes should you need to make a claim. Perhaps another survey in June 2025 may be more appropriate.

Would have been 5 stars but felt your hike in premium for having a very stable medical condition was too high.

My husband suffered from heatstroke/dehydration and lost consciousness on a recent cruise. He landed flat on his back and head and we were very worried. Thankfully the ship medical team were able to re-hydrate him quickly and clear him of any harm but without Go Insurance we would have had am $8000AUD bill for 4 hours of care. The process was simple and extremely quick. I sent it online Monday. And we received an immedicate reply with contact details for Maddy who was to be in charge of our claim. On Thursday we had confirmation from her saying it was all approved and sorted and would have money back in our account in 3-5 days (it would have been Wednesday but we missed her call! You can imagine how relieved we are. We will use Go Insurance again.

The support from the helpline at the time of my daughter's hospitalisation was great. The follow-up once we returned was helpful and caring. The claim was paid promptly and I even received a benefit for something that I did not explicitly claim for, even though it was part of the policy. Thanks team!

After a ‘rain event’ in Dubai curtailed our trip to Amsterdam causing huge amounts of stress and anxiety trying to get home to Brisbane, we made a claim with Go Insurance. Our case manager Joshua was so helpful and so lovely to deal with, making the whole claim process very easy and quick. I have another trip planned for the end of the year and once again have my insurance with Go Insurance, and now feel very comfortable that they will help me out with any problems ( hopefully there will be none!).

The consultant whom I spoke at Go Insurance was more than helpful and answered all the questions I needed to ask.

GoInsurance has great policy options. Scuba diving inclusions is one I always need to check and was easy enough to find in the PDS to make sure I was covered!

Tori is always so easy to communicate with and have no problems reviewing the insurance policy I think sorts my travel
