I booked my trip through a travel company called Two’s a Crowd from Melbourne. I found they utilise your firm as the preferred supplier. As such I was able to pay for my trip, flights and insurance in the one shop. This was an easy experience for me. I completed the form sent it to the company and they forwarded it on to you. All done.

My experience although stressful was made somewhat easier by Linda who was overseeing my claim. She was very empathic to my circumstances and never made me feel as though I was fraudulent. She showed patience and care during the whole process even when sometimes took a while to get what they needed from me.

I have never had to make a claim for travel insurance before so when I recently had to make a claim I was pretty sceptical if they would look after me. Happy to say Go Insurance covered me for my flight cancellations which incurred extra payment from me to get home with another airline. I would recommend this company for anyone wishing travel insurance.

The lady on the phone was very helpful and followed up all questions. Signing up was easy. Was a little difficult explaining the sport to underwriter to get cover for mounted games. Hopefully now we have if we need it again it will be easier

I was guided through the pre-existing condition guidelines over the phone, and subsequently provided a quote related to my pre-existing condition. Although the quote was higher than I would have liked (and I therefore didn't proceed with the premium), the process was made easy.
