I placed an order via Bramwell's website for some Meindl footwear care products. The site was promoting a 10% discount code for first time customers (which I was). I input the discount code with my online order but I was charged the full amount with no discount applied. When I called to query this I spoke with Thomas Stephens, who indicated that he would get the discount refunded to my credit card. This did not happen. A subsequent email further requesting this refund also proved unsuccessful. It wasn't a large amount, but regardless of that it is still effectively false advertising and/or misrepresentation to offer a discount to draw in business, then not to honour the discount.

Fantastic customer service. I found the people at Bramwell International to be really very helpful indeed, in fact far more helpful than they needed to be. When a pair of Meindl boots of mine developed a problem inside the warranty period they agreed to return them to the manufacturer for me, despite me having bought them online from a different supplier who had become unresponsive. I wish I bought the boots through them now. I'd rather give people who care my money than fly by night retailers who sell the goods and then leave you in the lurch.

Superb service from Bramwell International. Had cause to return my boots for repair to Bramwell and asked to return. Unable to repair the issue as it was inside the boot and Bramwell immediately replaced them with no qualms and without prompting. Excellent services especially from Fern.
