Excellent customer service from Meindl after store l bought my trainers from refused to honour their own twelve months guarantee . They are the most comfortable trainers l have ever owned and now repaired l can look forward to even longer trekking enjoyment. Thank you Meindl.

I have had excellent service and support from Meindl both here and in Germany as my walking boots needed new soles and this was carried out very competently. I’m very pleased with the whole transaction and would recommend Meindl’s boots to anyone looking for a pair of comfortable yet durable walking boots. I had worn this pair non-stop for about two years so had certainly had my money’s worth by the time the soles were worn out.

I have never dealt with such nasty and very unpleasant and unhelpful people ever. They would not know the truth if it punched them each squarely in the face! People not to deal with are Hilda Alistair or anybody including his brother.

Bramwell organised major repair and complete re-soling of my Meindl Boots. I am delighted with the quality of work, service and am really pleased to get my comfy boots back, water tight and looking almost like new! Good for environment as well as my wallet. Highly recommended.

Ich hatte nach einem Hemnes Bett gesucht und hoffte eig. Eins gefunden zuhaben, das Geld wurde überwiesen, aber die Ware kam nie Mals an, alle Kontaktversuche zu diesem Unternehmen sind gescheitert, da E-Mail Adresse gelöscht wurde und über Facebook gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit mehr......
