It’s all good except Apple Home automation. It fails all the time, you can’t rely on it.

From my experience with this product was very complicated. 100% love the product and the fact that it can connect to my smartthings hub and Alexa is amazing. But the downside the web page is very confusing if you do not know what you are looking for and the description as well. We ordered and we were sent the product with a solar panel but the solar panel it came with was not compatible with the device like how does that even happen. Support was unhelpful when it came to connecting it to my smartthings hub.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of these blinds; they exhibit a high level of craftsmanship and their aesthetic appeal is nice. The installation process was straightforward and user-friendly. However, I did encounter some challenges with the programming documentation, which I found could be improved for clarity. This minor issue aside, I am quite satisfied with my purchase and will buy from them again!

The shades did not do the job didn’t block the sun light out of the room,I should have went with the darker one,rep said it would not matter,I think she gave me the wrong info,I wanted to buy more of these shades,because I liked the quality,but not after this experience
