Blind looks great, performs well and was easy to install.

Blinds worked great, but I had a problem connecting to Alexa. Michelle and Rochelle at Smartwings helped me to solve the problems, and were very patient during the entire process. I recommend them.

I order my first one to make sure the color was a match. It was and I installed it and it looked and works perfect. I order the wrong size and was about to order a replacement plus two more, Then I was advice I could order a new one without the motor for 1/2 price and just switch the motor out, I did that and only ending up costing me less then 100,00. best customer service I ever received, and this was an online company with real people answering the phone. I thought this was a thing in the past! I made a total of 4 calls regarding several small issues I had and they answered the phone and walked me though all the steps to make the proper adjustments while i was on the phone with them to make sure I got it right,

Love my SmartWings Motorized Blackout Cellular Shades Nowa blinds. I ordered them for both my bedrooms and they were so easy to hang and set up - I was able to do it myself. I haven't had time to set up Alexa yet, but have no doubt, that will be just as easy - I've just been using the remote. I'll be buying more for the rest of the house!

Everything was fine and worked as it was supposed to. Only issue was that one line became disconnected on the roller so that the plastic bead hung down behind the shade, and we had to restring that line through the webbing and reattach it to the roller (hence only four stars). Not too difficult to re-string.

The Smart blinds shipped quickly and perfectly sized to the window defined. Such a simple setup, the blinds snap-in easily with the provided mounting hardware and 10 minutes later I had a fully functioning smart blind. Very happy with the results, more orders on the way!

This is the second roller shade I've ordered. Ordering was easy; delivery time was great considering they came from China. Both were easy to install and so far working great.
