My online experience has been amazing but my instore experience has not. I wasn't greeted or even knowledged while visiting your Kwana store. I even had to interrupt a girl who was looking at herself in the mirror to ask if I could use the changing room.

I hadn’t heard of Billy J and when I stumbled across it I loved all of their clothing online!! I bought a dress for a wedding I’m attending and the quality is amazing. The few staff members I’ve spoken to have also been super helpful and incredibly accommodating! Will definitely be using Billy J in the future 😊
