The sizes don't match the measurements advertised. Sizes all over the shop. Never buying from here again. Just losing money returning two same items different sizes.
Terrible return policy and service
Terrible return policy and service! I’ve tried to give them a go but every gift card I received for my return always said it had already been used when I tried to make a purchase when it hadn’t. I had to follow it up and they would always so sorry we are having problems with our gift card system here is another gift card. Same thing, constantly chasing them up when it takes days for them to respond. Now they offer refunds, well that’s a whole other issue/ I’ve been chasing a refund for nearly 3 weeks now. You have to keep track yourself of what to follow up otherwise you’ll forget and never receive it. They are hopeless and will never use again!!! Yes you do respond with a generic email within one business day but that provides no answers to my query. The response to my refund was responded to in a day with a generic email, no funds have been received in my account hence why I have had to follow it up. The gift card example I provided was one of four I had issues with. Thanks for your reply to my review though. Still waiting for the funds

I have been emailing customer service for MONTHS because they won’t let me return a dress. There is nothing wrong with it, it just doesn’t fit. Now it’s been way over the amount of time to return all because they can’t answer an email. I spent $140 on the dress and have been waiting to get my money back with still no response. I don’t know what else to try

Terrible experience order a set which came massively over sized and not to which the size chart says and also a complete different fabric to which was advertised. Contacted customer care and was told it was my fault and that the clothing is measured flat when the size guide says body measurements pretty much she didn’t care what I was saying and it was all my fault. This is the worst customer service I have ever received won’t be ordering again and will be advising anyone I know not to as well.

I purchased the playsuit and checked out on Monday & arrived Wednesday morning. From qld to Adelaide So fast with aust post as the courier. The playsuit is amazing quality and true to size. I’m happy so far & will determine if the quality stays after I hand-wash it. I’m hoping it does. Will update at a later date .
No responses after resolution agreed
I placed an order and received a playsuit which initially was great. I hand washed the item in cold water as instructed by the materials care. The item completely shrunk from a playsuit to basically a toddlers shirt. I sent pictures to customer service and noted this unfortunately was my second experience with this happening and the first instance I let it slide as it was just a $40 tank top. This time I submitted the complaint. Initially I dealt with a senior manager who was great she advised the refund would be processed and to send the item back which I did. It has now been 2 weeks and I’ve been processed a refund of just $3 instead of $68 which was the agreed amount. I have received no response regarding the amount or why it has been processed incorrectly. I am starting to feel like I won’t receive a response and the $3 is all that is being refunded despite this not being the agreed resolution. Now I don’t have the item and have paid for it as well. Pretty disappointing to be fobbed off after sending something back with the assumption the company would follow through on what was originally said. I was planning on leaving a good review based on my initial contact but unfortunately the follow through was not what it appeared and not even getting a response has made me feel abit cheated. #1282407

Negative 0. We ordered four bridesmaids dresses for my wedding in April. When they came in to were the right color, the other two were peach. The reason why we ordered in bulk was to ensure that the colours were created at the same time from the same lot. that’s clearly untrue and incorrect information on their end When we asked for and for them to pay duty, they did not take the blame. Their customer service sucks.

Terrible returns policy, ordered on Boxing Day sales, tops didn’t fit despite reading all guides on sizing, so returned, lost my shipping fee in sending back, and now have to pay an extra $32 in getting a bigger size, because they only do a store credit (what store in the country doesn’t give a refund???) and more money to pay for the product now at full price. There should just be an exchange available, or a full refund. Disappointed to say the least, and hoping that the new size of the tops I’ve purchased fits because I don’t ever want to shop from this store ever again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Billy J . I ordered a dress for a wedding and never received it. When I reached out, I was told it was likely lost in transit. Instead of offering any solutions—like expedited shipping or a discount code to reorder in time—I was essentially told there was nothing they could do. Now, with the wedding just a week away, I’m scrambling to find a replacement dress elsewhere, hoping it arrives on time. The lack of customer service and willingness to help in this situation has been incredibly frustrating. I will never order from this company again and strongly recommend others think twice before doing so. When things go wrong, they seem unwilling to make it right. And I had to go back and forth just to see if I could get some kind of a discount . Which I think should have been offered right away .
