Would not recommend I’ve had two poor experiences with this company. The first time I ordered a dress, and they did not leave the package at my door and instead sent it back to the post office because I wasn’t home to sign for the package. I was not made aware that I needed to be home to sign for it. They said they would let me know if the dress made it back to their warehouse for redelivery and never got back to me. I had to dispute the charge on my card. I decided to give them a second try and order some clothes for a wedding. I placed the order on 28-Dec-2024 and still have not received my clothes (it is 14-Jan). Their international shipping policy states 5-7 business days. When I tried to email them about the status of the order and when it would arrive, all I received was a canned response about their return policy. Now according to their refund policy, I won’t even be able to get my money back even though my order didn’t arrive according to their timeframes, and had to buy clothes elsewhere since they didn’t come in time for the wedding. Very disappointing and will not shop here again.

I order my dresses on a sunday afternoon and they arrived at my work on Tuesday morning! Was VERY impressed! Will definitely be ordering from Billy J again xxx

I’ve never been someone to write a review, especially a bad one. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I spent $400 on clothing and out of the 5 sets I bought, 3 of them are very cheap looking and feeling, threads hanging off. I’m a size 12–14, but some of them could be worn by 16-18. Sizes are hit and miss, they sit in all the wrong places. Considering the photos look beautiful and luxurious, I thought I would be getting high quality clothing. It’s not even that I didn’t like the item on me, or that I changed my mind about my purchase, it’s that it looks cheap, feels cheap, sits and fits wrong and looks nothing like the photos. Literally nothing nice to say about the way the outfits look when they arrived, no way to even make it work. And to top it off, they only issue store credits. I just want a refund. Especially when the tags are attached, only tried on in original packaging. They keep the clothes and the money, niceeee. Now I have $280 of store credits that I also have to pay to return, and I never even want to shop here again. Really disappointed given they advertise looking like a beautiful brand. EDIT: tbh all of them are cheap looking, but 2 of them are mediocre and I was relying on them as I needed something to wear this weekend lol

Horrible returns policy. Sizes are way off and you have to pay for shipping for the item, return shipping to send it back and shipping again for the new order. Already down $34 in shipping and my replacement item I purchased with my store credit is too big yet again. Will never buy from Billy J again.

Have just received my order and am highly disappointed. I ordered a size 8 shirt and understand it’s loose fitting but this resembles more a 12-14! It’s absolutely massive. The photos on the website have also been so edited that it looks black and white on the website but turned up black and brown. From reading other comments it seems this company are terrible at giving any refunds for stuff like this so I won’t bother but will never order from them again.

I purchased the following items from Billy J Boutique: * 2 playsuits * 1 dress * 1 pair of shorts * 1 pair of sandals from Alias Mae The sandals were perfect; however, Billy J Boutique’s clothing posed several issues. Firstly, the shorts had a hole through them, which is unacceptable and indicates a lack of quality control. Initially, they only offered me a voucher despite my request for a refund. After much back-and-forth, they eventually issued the voucher for the faulty shorts. The major issues, however, were the playsuits and the dress. The quality was shocking and, quite frankly, embarrassing. The material looked and felt cheap, with numerous loose threads hanging from the seams. The items looked nothing like the photos on their website. I’m a size 8, but knowing the items looked slightly loose on the models, I ordered these items in a size 6 to ensure a tighter fit. Instead, what I received was massive and resembled a size 12. I explained these issues to Billy J Boutique. I provided photographic evidence, but they refused to issue a refund despite the material and fit being entirely different from what was advertised. The process involved endless back-and-forth emails, which were time-consuming and frustrating. To make matters worse, their customer service team was dismissive and unhelpful. They even suggested that I pick off the loose threads myself at one point – completely unacceptable. After much persistence, they offered a 15% refund, which was insulting. To make matters worse, they didn’t even calculate it correctly. For $125 worth of faulty clothing, 15% would have been $18.75, but they only refunded $12. This partial refund did nothing to compensate for unwearable items. I cannot recommend Billy J Boutique, especially in a highly competitive market like fashion. The entire experience was deeply disappointing and a waste of time. As someone who frequently shops online, I will never purchase from Billy J Boutique again.

I bought 4 Ilana Maxi Dresses in baked rose. They fit different body types and the colour is stunning. I had to return one of the dresses due to a black marking, the return process was super easy and the customer service team were helpful!

Sizing is all over the place even if you measure yourself. Only give a store credit which a refund is preferred because nothing fits correctly or is cheaply made. Have tried 3 times now and all poor experiences
