Costum I've always loved the clothing I've purchased from Billy J, but recently I've encountered issues with their return process. I initiated a return over 3 weeks ago and haven't received any updates regarding my store credit or confirmation that they received my package. This is frustrating because I purchased an item for my best friend's wedding, and my window to exchange it for the right size is rapidly closing. I've been trying to contact customer service, but I haven't received any response yet.
