After checking with well-known web sites to get an idea of price for an item I want to buy I than perform a search by putting the title in the search bar. The first page or two of that search is the big name stores so I keep going looking for lesser known stores and checking pricing as I go. It takes time and many pages of the search but I most often find what I am looking for. Enter Oscaro. Than I do a search on the store I found to make sure it is a reliable, safe choice. I ordered three items late evening. The next morning I received a call from Oscaro to advise me one of the items was out of stock. Because of the experiences most of us have endured dealing with on-line stores my mind immediately went “here we go”. I kept my mouth shut and let the nice man explain the situation. To my surprise he was offering a well-known brand name part with a lower price to replace the well-known brand name part I ordered OR I could cancel the part altogether. I was flabbergasted. This nice, well-spoken man was not doing a bait and switch or any other dastardly dead. He was apologetic, sincere, and his only concerned was my satisfaction. Wow, glad I kept my mouth shut.
