My husband and I were very happy with our experience with Oscaro. From the first phone call to delivery of our item, everything was as promised. I was very happy with the phone representatives that I dealt with they made the ordering process simple and hassle free.

Oscaro sent the correct part to me, on time. Ity was aftermarket and fit correctly with no issues. However, subsequent visits to their website are pretty confusing. I realized I lucked in to the part which I was seeking as I have not been able to get the proper parameters entered in a way the site recognizes. I have since purchased two additional parts for my old Mercedes, that I just couldn't find in Oscaro. Not even the category! So... love what I got... Doubt I will try to plow through the site again unless the need is desperate.

I ordered rear brake components for my truck. Like a dummy I ordered extra and some wrong parts. Called their number and was sent labels very quickly. The parts all fit perfectly and without any problems. I' going to use Oscaro USA from now on. Thanks for the great service!!

I was looking for a voltage regulator to repair my alternator I input the part number into my browser and Oscaro was the company that had the part. I placed the order and when in two days I received the part install it ran a check on my alternator and all is good. The two day turn a round surprised me but I was extremely happy and would recommend using this company in the future.
