I have had horrendous experiences with Handy. When something goes wrong they offer credit so I’ve used them more than once assigning increasingly simple tasks. I’ve had a handyman install a vanity that literally fell apart, then another spend 1.5 hours to switch the dryer door to the other direction. When I had a cleaning woman who didn’t clean toilets and lied about having mopped I finally just let go of my money. I’ll never use Handy or Angi (they’ve merged) again.

You never had any available handymen. Our appointment got canceled and rescheduled over and over and over again because no one was available. We even had appointments for the handyman canceled less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment.

Ron and Johnny were wonderful. It honestly felt like having two friends over helping “one of the guys” hang up his new TV. Very professional, and though it was a challenge they figured out a way to get it done assuring me the TV was safe and secure for my family and I. Would highly recommended Handy when you have pros like Rob and Johnny working for them.

The installation went very well. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

Poor Service! Cleaning "professional" arrived unexpectedly a day earlier than scheduled, after completing a lengthy drive from out-of-state. Her movements were lethargic and her cleaning efforts were superficial, at best. After cleaning our stone tile floors with our cleaning machine, she failed to rinse and the entire floor was left tacky. Vacuuming the carpets, she failed to move any furniture and only stuck the nozzle under as far as it would go. Wiping and dusting were hit-or-miss. She was, however, ready to engage in conversation at a moment's notice. We were generous with her tip mainly because she'd had an exceptionally long round-trip, but her performance nevertheless was unsatisfactory. We were so disappointed that we cancelled any further contractual obligations with HANDY, which incurred a $99 penalty. The upshot was that we felt taken advantage of in every respect by HANDY. It was an expensive lesson. NEVER AGAIN!!

I'm a little old white lady and they stole $1,000 from my home. I'm sitting next to the grand theft report from police today. I don't have the time or energy to explain all the other things that happened because of them too. I am so sick over what they did to me. According to their policy they don't reimburse you for cash stolen. Then they gave me a different maid who caused my toliet to overflow with waste. It's just ridiculous.
