When I bought a S-435 grill from Weber's site, they offered Handy to build it. I booked a two-hour window. Bryson arrived on time and immediately started unboxing and removing the pieces, working diligently and meticulously on the deck assembling the grill. Bryson was polite and gave reassurance that the grill will be built correctly, and he wiped cleaned the stainless-steel unit as well. We tested it after it was all built and it worked beautifully. I would not hesitate to use Handy again. Thank you, Bryson! Highly recommended!

Handy had given me a credit of $10 because my pro cancelled 5 minutes before the appointment. When I rescheduled, they showed me my price was what it was minus $10. Then the day of the appointment, they quickly erased the $10 credit and charged me full. When I asked customer service to give the $10 back, they refused. Can you believe they would lie and cheat for $10?? UPDATE- I called Angi/Handy at the number the guy provided. They wasted an hour of my time and basically said “too bad, we will never refund you.” They even told me to dispute the charge on my card which is what I’m doing now.

So easy to use and our person was fantastic.

Every handy sent to me is efficient,cooperative and polite.

The company found a cleaner within 24 hours to take the job. The app works great. I was notified when someone picked it up and when she arrived.

Jorge was right on time and had a very professional demeanor. He came prepare with all his tools (didn’t need a ladder) and hung my 3 picture frames perfectly and according to my specifications. Next time I need something similar done he would be the pro I will be requesting for. Thank you and appreciate your professionalism and friendly customer service.

Both Phillip & Bryan went above and beyond helping me mount my new LG 65' TV up onto the wall and help me getting up and running, They were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

You guys suck and so do your so called professionals installers. I ending up paying out of pocket to have my LG TV “77” OLED installed although they were supposed to, as part of the purchase package. It appears to me, at least in my location that no one has any competence or experience in hanging large tv’s. After three different handy professionals coming by and getting nowhere I paid flour of pocket for the installation. I know this review seems harsh but do not book them to install a tv bigger than 50” they have no clue. I paid $150.00 for my own install after their three professionals didn’t know what they were doing. They up giving me a $40.00 credit for all the problems but to only use towards their services, which I will never ever use. The person who ended up installing works at Handy but he knew what he was doing and its installed and secure on the wall.

They showed up on time and were able to hang the tv with direction from me in a short amount of time. Hasn't fallen off the wall yet :)
