Edgar, our handyman, was extremely creative, and an excellent problem solver. I'd have him back anytime. He's also willing to do what needs to be done (for example, moving a washing machine).

Able to arrange next day service on handyman. The worker came promptly with full set of tools. He was agreeable and highly competent and efficient. This is my second time to use Handy and again highly satisfied. A great service for seniors who may not be able to do what they used to do. Reasonable price.

I believe my pro took $200.00 from my pay pal account while working on my cellphone. I received an email from pay pal stating I authorized a $200.00 payment to my pro. I did not authorize this. I made a police report.

The company wants to be paid before any work being done and very poor communication with customers. I will never use the service again.

Our first dishwasher came damaged so we had it replaced. The first appointment was poorly handled and it was next to impossible to get someone to talk over the problems. After intervention by Costco e-commerce the second appointment went smoothly. Handy needs to have a better system for customer communication. The installer was the same both times and was very pleasant and effcient.
