First of all I never take the time to…

First of all I never take the time to write a review. I always just punch in the amount of stars. I ordered some gaskets last week and the wrong gaskets arrived. I spoke with customer service and instead of just switching the part they wanted me to re-order and purchase the Right part. I clearly gave them the model and serial number. So now I have to return the wrong parts at my own expense. Not a great way to do business. And before the new part is shipped I have to purchase it first Which will tie up to $206.00 more The last customer service representative I spoke to was awesome. There was nothing he could do however he was super nice. I guess that counts for something. It was clearly their fault that the wrong part got sent. I just don’t understand why I am being punished as a loyal customer and have to pay out of my pocket to get the wrong parts shipped back. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing anything from your company ever again. You’ve lost a customer over $20. It’s not about the $20 it’s the principle. Why make me cover the cost of shipping it back when it was your company’s fault. Now you have potentially lost hundreds or thousands of dollars in the near future in sales. Update. I was contacted by a customer service representative shortly after posting my review. They made things right and paid for Postage. Everybody was friendly and took care of the situation The way it should’ve been handled from the get-go. Three stars because this Situation has taken way too much of my time.

I had an ice cream machine that I could not find a parts breakdown for anywhere. I called heritage and they contacted the manufacturer and got me the parts I needed to get me back in operation. The person at the company I spoke with was fantastic and really went above and beyond.
