I ordered this ring as a keepsake to give my granddaughter on her graduation from high school. I wrote to customer service inquiring when I might expect it as I was concerned it might not arrive in time. They responded immediately and this is important to me when dealing online. I was delighted when the ring arrived at my doorstep well in advance of the date I needed it for. Great company to deal with. It has the sentimental message I was hoping for.

Ordered the ring nearly 2wks ago. Heard nothing so after a week I emailed the company. Stephanie got straight back & explained it was a very popular ring. Still heard nothing after that but my ring was delivered today. Its lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

What fab customer service! Bought my daughter a ring for Christmas which sadly snapped. I got in touch with customer services and to my surprise they offered to replace it. My daughter was over the moon!!

My husband passed away and I bought my two daughters a ring each with an engraving “love from Dad” and they really liked them. The lovely verse that came with them was very touching

This is my second ring ... I lost my first one in an airport and was devastated as my partner has just passed. I also bought one for my friend who's husband had passed. She hasnt taken hers off since I gave it to her last December. It is just nice to look down and see that little hug on my finger.

The urn necklace was just what I was looking for and it was easy to fill.

The rings are flimsy and cheap looking, the inscription is so small you need the Hubble telescope to read it. All in all a complete waste of money. Thinking of having it melted down and made into a more fitting tribute to my late mum and dad
