I Love the Cremation Ring my Son bought me for my birthday. My Mum passed coming up for 2 years in September. I have had her with me (ashes) in a pendent ever since. I purchased the hug ring. It was beautiful and everything I wanted. After wearing for about a week it developed some black marks. I reached out to the company and they got back to me just a few minutes later. So fast! They are replacing it free of charge. I couldn’t have asked for a better response. Great job!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered an urn ring in December 2023, it wasn’t what I was expecting and was too big for my fingers so I returned this on the same day it arrived. I have had notification from Royal Mail that the item was returned and I have proof of this, I have since been chasing my refund since January and still no luck. All I get is automated responses from a robot called Stephanie.

My ring brings me comfort. It is beautiful. Every time I wear it, I know.my grandson is near.

First, the website address is TX. If I would have known the items ship from China, I would not have placed the order, which I'm sure is why the site address says TX. Second, I placed, and paid for, my order on the 12th. It just shipped yesterday, TEN days later. Third, I've been requesting they send me correct tracking since day 5, when they promised it would ship. I had to create an account just to see the tracking information and when it actually shipped. I'll never place another order with this company.
