My 'Angel Wings' ring arrived today, complete with my late husband's name engraved on the inside. It really is beautiful.

Order in December, paid for expedited shipping! Never received product. Contacted a few times no action! Still says in transit!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered the ring a month ago. They didn't even create or ship out my ring until I emailed them to check status. They kept giving the same robotic reply of were sorry your order will ship soon. Was supposed to be a gift during a hard time and they made the experience worse. They did nothing to help situation. Asked for a refund only for shipping cost since they didn't stick up to their end of the agreement, and they said it will ship soon. As if that helps. Will never purchase from this company again. They should feel bad about the service they provide, but based on their response, you can tell they don't really give a damn about you. Greedy company taking advantage of people. Go to a different store!

Never received my order, then the email address I had for them and was mailing on suddenly became blocked. Over a month ago I ordered. Definitely a scam. Do not purchase from this site.
