Really poor service. I ordered a ring a month ago and still waiting. Tracking number showing it’s sitting at the Evri hub awaiting delivery, no change in this status for 2 weeks now. Tried contacting Hope rings via email and just get told we will update you once we have contacted Evri. I haven’t received any update at all. No customer service at all, really disappointed.

I purchased a ring to put ashes in. Initially I was very pleased as it is a beautiful ring and it was a comfort to have the ashes with me. However, the ring broke in half 3 months after purchase, thank god it happened at home and I didn't lose the contents. I have been trying to get a refund or replacement but their customer service is appalling. I would advise being very careful trusting their products with such precious ashes.

I ordered the paw hug ring in memory of my beloved border collie that i had lost the previous year. The ring is lovely and i am very happy with it and wear it every day. It took 10 days to arrive, which was earlier than stated so again very happy with the service. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

I ordered 3 feather from an angel rings separately, two silver and one gold. All with engraving on. The rings arrived in a good time and were beautiful. I wear the silver one on my thumb, never taking it off unless I change it to wear the gold one. My daughter wears the other one. Beautiful rings that mean so much to me. Thank you.

My daughter lost her first love and her best friend she goes out to the cemetery and talks to him alot so I got her this ring to help her remember that he is her angel and to help her keep fighting her battle with liver disease her angel is with her always she loves the ring and wears it all the time
