I'm always skeptical about ordering through Facebook advertisements, had a bad experience that has stuck with me, however the jewelry that was being advertised was something I was very intrigued by. I looked then closed out but their advertisements kept coming back to my feeds, so I'd look some more until finally I decided to add an item to my cart and then opened their page in my systems browser, low n behold my cart was still sitting with the saved item in it. So I decided to go for it and order the sunflower necklace for my eldest sister who just so happened to be away on an Alaskan cruise. The company was easy enough to place my order through and offered tracking as well, as I watched it arrive at her residence 4 days before she returned home I was nervous as to what might happen to her package, however, the USPS listed it as undeliverable and held it at the post office along with her other mail that was being held for pickup. After returning she did receive her package. I hadn't heard anything from her which got me to wondering about her gift. Turns out she had no clue who sent it thinking she had an admirer. I finally called her asking uncomfortably if she'd received a package and I could hear her relief instantly, she said "was that from you? it's beautiful! I had no idea who it was from, all I knew was here's this pretty sunflower gift box with a beautiful sunflower necklace instide". "Thank you very much!" Then she sent me a photo of it that she'd taken after she'd opened the package. I was happy to see just how beautiful the necklace really was and very pleased with the entire experience. I went on later to order another gift for a very dear friend of mine but after finalizing the order I noticed that I hadn't included the inside engraving, so I immediately contacted the the company telling them of my issue and they replied that it would be taken care of promptly. Again I was skeptical about it but decided to let fate play out especially because it was coming out of China, which took more days than my patience was able to tolerate without questionin because I saw that it was held up at the customs area for several days, so I wrote the company asking if there was an issue with the package, the company responded that it can take up to two weeks for delivery, however, it was already about that amount of time since I had placed the order and it still had a long way to travel until reaching the intended recipient, again the company checked and notified me that the package had moved onto its next point which ended up being in Germany, once again it had to go through customs which took a few more days, then it moved to the United States landing in Florida (the intended state of delivery) but then moved up to Georgia and then back down into Florida. Ugh! That had me a bit stressed out watching the tracking, not sure if it's wise to do if you're an impatient person. These packages go through a lot before being delivered in some cases, but happily they arrived as intended and exactly what was ordered. I received a phone call from a tearful friend because the gift card was worded so beautifully and her engraved feather ring inside the box was more than she could handle without feeling emotional. She started showing everyone the ring and boasting about her love for it. It was engraved with the words I'd chosen and the ring fit comfortably on her which she refuses to take off. I have another sister that I will be looking to send a gift to as well as a daughter in-law in the future and because of the trusted experience I have received from this company and the quality of the jewelry I will be ordering from them again. I highly recommend their jewelry and feel confident in their reliability of products as well as their customer service team. Thank you for being a great company.

Customer Service was very prompt. I made a boo boo on my order and they added the engraving that was very important to person receiving it as a gift. When I received the ring the packaging was really nice and the ring is so pretty!

I bought this for my friends 80th birthday. She has been unable to wear rings for 12 years due to arthritic joints. I had it engraved with the names of her 2 children who both passed away from Cancer within 12 months of each other. She was overwhelmed with it and couldn’t stop looking at it. She has gone home wearing it and I doubt she will ever take it off. I’m so happy she can manage to get it on and loved it so much.

I had to wait a little while for delivery, This item was worth the wait tho. I am so happy with this ring, the quality of it, how easy it is to put ashes into . The way it was packaged, everything about it, is quality. I feel so much closer to my late partner, being able to have him so close to me. The packaging on the ring brought a tear to my eye, with the Lovely wording and care put into it. I would highly recommend this. Beautiful 😍

I fell in love with this necklace the first time it showed up on my feed. Was so excited to had received it as a gift from my lovely fiancé for our anniversary.

I had to pay the postage because the company uses fraudulent postage paid labels and after the post office holding my necklace for weeks and the company not paying the postage I had to pay for postage because the company would not refund me. Shame on you for using false advertising and defrauding the postal service.

I'm still waiting for my ring....it was supposed to be here like 7 days ago and I still haven't received it...I won't be ordering from this company again

Amazing communication from start to finish. The item I bought was a gift to my daughter she loved it she was in tears as it has such meaning to it. I will definitely be purchasing again soon and I will be telling friends and family about Project hope rings.
