I ordered this ring for a family member. I wouldn’t misspell my nephews name and they claim that it was my error. After going back and forth (lack of compassion at best on their part) I have decided to cut my losses. I will discard this product. I cannot give this gift with his name misspelled and I certainly do not want to wear a ring that represents a company that has no compassion for their customers. To me this company is profiting off of pain versus providing “hope”.

Never received the item, had to constantly chase the company numerous times to get them to investigate the situation and to give me an update on what was going on. I’ve been told the items on its way, and was only despatched the other day. Tracking proves otherwise as it’s not! It’s been almost 3 and a half weeks and still nothing! Every time I try to contact the company I get the same generic response with 0 care. They’ve taken my money quick but don’t want to resolve my issue quickly. Completely avoid and take your business elsewhere. I’m now money down and without what I paid for, a terrible excuse of a company.

The ring I ordered showed the name engraved and colored in black so you could see it. My ring, the letters are so tiny you can barely find it and not colored so just blends into it. But better than the ones that I ordered previously that were almost black and not silver like promised. The lettering on those was also tiny and hard to see.

Despite the original time provided to receive my order it took nearly a month to receive my rings. The metal is quite thin and easily bends. For the amount of money I spent on 3 rings, I expected better quality rings.

Ordered a hope ring and 3 weeks later all finish coming off..just copper underneath..emailed company and no response!

So pretty and sturdy, came fast will probably order more

I ordered two sunflower necklaces after seeing an ad on Facebook.. I received within a few weeks of me ordering them. Packaging was beautiful. The necklace itself is perfect, perfect size sparkles on the light catches it… I ordered two of them one for me. I’m off my best friend he’s going through a tough time right now just to let her know that she’s not on her own…. Thank you so much. Customer service is excellent.

Received ring and it was not what i expected and requested three times for a return label and got zero response.
