Whilst the initial consultation with Kim was quick and friendly, constant expectations given changed quickly and the process dragged on with no sense of urgency. When you're purchasing a car of a private seller having them wait for 3-4 days for payment is extremely challenging. Was told funds were paid out and nothing until the next day. I'd recommend to friends to go direct to finance companies as dealing with Better Finance ended up being frustrating and time consuming. They collect their fee then they are gone

In my 35 years on earth I would have to say Sam was the easiest most helpful person I've dealt with over the phone. Could not recommend enough, made everything really straight forward, even with a few curve balls that we had. Give that man a raise!
