The prints were all very dark and low contrast. They bore little resemblance to the contrast and brightness of the files. I was a professional printer for many years and I worked for several years at Aperture Foundation in New York.

I found this site by doing an internet search. I am not a professional photographer, just a customer that wanted a couple of B&W prints from his phone. I knew nothing about them but their site seemed to know their business. I uploaded two digital files and completed their online forms, which was easy. I received my two prints sooner than expected. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL!! Will be sending in more in the next couple of days. Very satisfied with their work and service.

I am so relieved to have found you. I had my own darkroom for years but now it's impossible to find a photo lab, especially a black and white lab. The pictures are really really good, great tone and always the correct cropping. Thanks.

very quick turnaround, and I belive who ever did my order fiquered out that it was a test to compare my screen from printed results to achive better prints.

So far I am having very little response from this company. I have emailed the company 3 times and also instagram messaged and no one is responding. Has anyone else had this experience. So far I’m disappointed with the customer service or lack of it. I’m hoping this attempt with work now.

The service was remarkable quick. I think the quality is very good as well. I got 5" x 7.5" B&W prints and appreciate that they have a 2x3 aspect ratio in this size to take advantage of my digitized 6x9 B&W negatives.
