The earrings I originally ordered were discontinued. Customer Service called me multiple times to amend situation. Ordered another pair of earrings, which were gorgeous. They were less money that original earrings and I was promptly credited the difference! Love this jewelry! Recently I developed a gold allergy. I could not find silver jewelry that I liked , until I discovered John Medeiros! All of my pieces are beautiful and excellent quality!
