Can't return after 5 days!

I bought several sets of earrings for my wife about 3wks before her Birthday. Unfortunately, they were all too heavy for my wife. Contacted them to seek a credit for a return and was told they won't accept back after 5 days. I don't recommend buying for Christmas or Birthdays if you possibly need to return. Very disappointed that they would not take them back and after inspection, offer a store credit. I asked twice respectfully and then they seem to have blanked me.

Disappointed

This is the third time that I bought this cross. Extremely disappointed in the quality and have responded twice requesting processing to return it, all within the five day return period. I have yet to hear anything. My only hope is that you will respond very quickly and I will at another time be able to find one in a store where I can look at the quality make sure it meets your previous standards. If I do not hear something by the end of the day tomorrow I will be contacting my credit card company to void the charges because you are unresponsive to your return policy.
