I had the two-tone hoop earrings which I loved and wore all the time. So I got the spring ring necklace to go with them. I love the necklace wear them together now. They go with everything. Very happy!

So far…not so good. My new bracelet arrived (by mail) with a defective security clasp. I want to exchange it. With two phone calls (went to voicemail both times) and one email I’ve not heard back from anyone. Will start with both again on Monday. I have ten days to make the exchange. Donna A.

I bought a pair of beautiful earrings from JMJ online but when they arrived I discovered they were just too heavy so I decided to exchange them for another pair. Maria at John Medeiros Jewelry couldn't be more helpful in assisting me in finding another pair. The customer service I received was exemplary. My only criticism would be their policy of charging a restocking fee of 10% if the customer returns rather than exchanges an item. That policy discourages me from buying from them online in the future.

My husband bought the Diamante paperclip necklace and bracelet for me for my birthday. Both are so pretty, I can't wait to wear them! Love all my JM jewerly, very will made in the USA.
