I have purchased many items from John Medeiros jewelry and have loved them. However I purchased this item online and not only found the quality to not be as expected but the delivery was horrible. I wish I could send pictures. This was for a gift and the box was smashed and torn and the soft pouch the necklace was in was crumbled. The chain to the necklace was kinked but fixable. Hopefully the stone will hold up within the setting. Even my husband who could care less about presentation said this is unacceptable. I would suggest items shipped in the future are more securely packed. After this experience I will only purchase your jewelry from a store so that I can see it in person and know that it won’t be damaged in shipping.

Exelent quality each piece is so unique and expressive and the metal and design is really good is worst every dollars that I pay and it looks even more expensive that what it is I just love it that’s why I truely recommended

One of the biggest scams. The jewelry is cheap and make sure you read the return policy. This is what the employee told me, I said I didn’t spend $590 on jewelry I anticipated returning. So when I returned the junky jewelry I did not receive a full refund, instead they kept 10% for a restocking fee. So i paid $60 and I have nothing in return. Absolutely ridiculous….

Received first bracelet and it didn't fit right. Exchange was fast and the easy. Representative was very helpful and courteous in making the return. Ordered another bracelet and love it.

I have a couple of John Medeiros pieces and at this price point, I expected better quality. After only wearing my new bracelet twice, the clasp showed a piece of silver plating that had flaked off. The same bracelet also has shown the metal has worn off. Very poor quality. I won't purchase their jewelry again.

Excellent product! My earrings are beautiful and match the necklace and bracelet set I bought. I hope the clasp remains secure. There is a great repair policy in case.
