I had been waiting to purchase a new piece of John Medeiros jewelry. I have some well loved older pieces. I didn't find the new piece that I purchased to have the same quality of my older pieces. I like the pendant and necklace, but I do not think it looks like it warrants the price. Does your website carry different quality than in stores? It may be the last piece that I purchase and that is disappointing.

The woman I spoke with who took my order was lovely. I am nearly 80 and find technology a bit confusing so I telephone in my order. Also the products are beautiful. I wish there was a store close to me. My daughters and I love JM jewelry! The best part was how helpful and patient the saleswoman was on my phone call. She deserves a raise!
