Items bought as gifts and they arrived well-packaged and in good time. I was pleased to find a gilet which was made in the UK and which was affordable.

I received the wrong colour holdall.

I received the wrong colour holdall. I emailed and had 1 reply asking for a photo so I sent a photo with the bag still in the paper. I didn't hear anything so emailed twice more. I then called them and no one answered, I was on hold for quite a while until the call ended. I called up again the following day, I work so can only call during lunch. I finally got through to them and spoke to Katrina, who was helpful, I sent Katrina the emails that I had sent over, she said they were not going through so she gave me her email, which did go through. Katrina advised me to return the bag and that the colour I wanted was in stock amd would be sent out. I have returned the bag, and emailed Katrina to let her know and wanted confirmation if the bag I wanted has been sent out. I haven't had a response. I will have to call again and mist likely have to use up my lunch hour again to set this out. I've already paid £92.99 for the bag, among other items. I also purchased another bag and the straps are not that good, they don't stay on my shoulder. So all in all, not a good experience for me. I hope that my experience will improve after calling again and receiving my bag. I would like to update that since I made my review, I was contacted by Jordan who had managed to receive my email. A bag has been sent out and was delivered today. I've not yet seen it but I am hopeful it is the right one. I understand this is a busy time of year, as I did reiterate in my emails to you Another update: The wrong colour bag was sent yet again! This really is beyond a joke now. After letting Rydale know about the colour being wrong again they did rectify the issue and it all got resolved. I'm pleased to say that after the first issue, they actually went above and beyond to assist me, for which I am incredibly grateful. With many thanks to Jordan, Stacey and Kelly

There was a problem with the address…

There was a problem with the address why Evri couldn't deliver.but Rydale insisted the parcel was list in transit E ri stated something total different. Rydale customer service is appalling just dont get back to you and when they do they very rude as for the good will what a joke when I had already payed for next day delivery

How do I get this company to stop…

How do I get this company to stop sending me emails? I've never signed up for emails, I've never bought their products (and, reading the reviews I never will) and as far as I can remember I've never intentionally visited their website. I want nothing to do with them. I've repeatedly requested they unsubscribe me but they don't do it. They're out and out pests.
