Prompt delivery and lovely quality shirts - I now have all 3 colours of the Charlie shirt so I can ring the changes!

The ladies coat we bought is of good quality, with vibrant colours and was well priced. In addition, it was delivered exactly as was forecast by Rydale. We would certainly look to buy other items from the company.

Submitted a complaint two weeks ago about boots that cost over £100 and fell to pieces within two weeks. Got no response. Submitted a negative review, still no response. I had hoped that this would be rectified quickly and I’d be able to post another review to that effect but that’s not the case. Unfortunately I have to STRONGLY advise against ordering from Rydale, my experience is that the products are poorly made, last less than two weeks and then they simply do not bother to come back to you when you complain about it. Really really disappointing service all round.

I had a wonderful experience with Rydale. I ordered a size 12 which I normally are but it was to small, so returned that and ordered size 14. This arrived and was great very happy customer, the whole experience was quick and efficient, great customer service. Highly recomment this company. :)

Ordered and payed for the next day delivery, it arrived on time and when I looked at it, the product was excellent, good quality and finished off well. Unfortunately it was to big, so the the return process was simple and easy to return the item . My only issue is that it may end up being 3 weeks before I receive my refund. So not allowing me to reorder a smaller size 🤔 before Christmas.
